Terms of Service for Julz Energy & Phoenix Rising Events
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of and participation in all websites, services, and events operated by Julie K. Barnett, including:

By accessing these websites, purchasing offerings, or attending events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Who We Are
Julz Energy and Phoenix Rising Events are owned and operated by Julie K. Barnett (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We provide spiritual teachings, energy work, live and recorded sessions, transmissions, digital content, retreats, and events including Phoenix Rising gatherings and conferences.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services or attend Phoenix Rising events. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Nature of Services (Disclaimer)
Our Services are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Energy healing, coaching, and events are intended to complement, not replace, licensed professional care.
Always consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, financial, or legal concerns.
By participating, you acknowledge full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.
4. Assumption of Risk & No Guarantees
You acknowledge that energy work, spiritual coaching, transmissions, and live events are subjective experiences, and results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. By engaging, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that your participation is at your own discretion.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when booking, registering, or purchasing.
Use our Services only for lawful purposes.
Respect the intellectual property and energetic integrity of Julz Energy and Phoenix Rising.
Refrain from recording, redistributing, or misusing content without written consent.
Conduct yourself respectfully at events and online spaces — disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or registration.
All sales are final. Sessions, transmissions, digital products, subscriptions, retreats, and event tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Phoenix Rising event tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by Julz Energy.
7. Event Participation & Liability Waiver (Phoenix Rising)
By registering for or attending a Phoenix Rising event, you agree that:
You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, meals, and safety.
Julz Energy and Phoenix Rising are not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during or in transit to/from an event.
You assume all risks associated with attending live gatherings, including but not limited to physical, emotional, and energetic experiences.
You release and hold harmless Julie K. Barnett, Julz Energy, Phoenix Rising Events, and team members from any claims related to your participation.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content, transmissions, recordings, event materials, writings, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of Julie K. Barnett / Julz Energy / Phoenix Rising and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, record, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Julz Energy reserves the right to record events and live sessions for educational, archival, or promotional purposes. By participating, you grant Julz Energy a non-exclusive right to use such recordings unless you withdraw consent in writing beforehand.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Julz Energy and Phoenix Rising are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Services or attendance at events.
You agree to release and hold harmless Julie K. Barnett / Julz Energy / Phoenix Rising from any claims related to your participation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend Julie K. Barnett, Julz Energy, and Phoenix Rising against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, attendance at events, or violation of these Terms.
11. Force Majeure
Julz Energy shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, internet or hosting outages, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
12. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to Services or events at any time, without refund, if a participant engages in abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or harmful behavior.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Julz Energy / Phoenix Rising and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
15. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our websites or attendance at events indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

It is the story of some of what I have been through since the spring of 2014 since writing my first book A Greater Tomorrow and going public with my story.
I am rising from the ashes and stronger because I choose to love, to heal, to expose energy in all of its forms and to help others!
I am an author, a podcaster, a teacher, an Energy Practicioner, and the Founder Of The Greater Tomorrow Relief Fund (GTRF) a 501c3 non-profit organization. GTRF is founded for emergency disaster relief and human rescue. I have also founded the following for profit companies which support GTRF, Julie Barnett Energy, Scapegoat Distribution, Scapegoat Trucking, Scapegoat Supply, Wasatch Wakeup, Phoenix Rising Events and Wake Up Adventures. I anticipates more startup companies to come in 2024.
I have lived in Utah, Texas, California, Washington, New Jersey, Hawaii, New York, Germany, Virginia, Kansas, Arizona, and Iowa.
I am well traveled having been to several Hawaiian Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and all but 2 states in the United States.
I hope to travel worldwide to share my message and help save lives.
I enjoys the outdoors, working to help those in need, socializing with friends and family, and doing energy work.
